What is Hopegill?

After twenty years working in the UK nuclear industry, and in the middle of a global pandemic, I moved to Vienna with my wife early in 2021. That twenty years gave me a broad base of experience in: strategy development and implementation; initiating and delivering projects and programmes; and working with a huge variety of people to get the best outcomes and change the industry for the better.  With a background in geoscience, I have worked in environmental management, radioactive waste management, decommissioning and organisational change.

I launched Hopegill to enable me to carry on this work, providing a flexible, responsive service to support you: making robust, fully underpinned and sustainable decisions; developing and implementing strategies for change; and, having meaningful dialogue with the people affected by your decisions, which is where success will lie.
